Dana Solomon founded the Diaper Bank in 2017. She used the donation to fully stock the bank with diapers, which are available in all sizes.
People do not need to meet an income requirement to use the Diaper Bank. The bank distributed 38,000 diapers in 2025 and has provided 300,000 diapers since its founding.
Solomon said the Diaper Bank operates separately from Southeastern Idaho Public Health, even though the health agency is a government organization. The bank receives 100% of its funding from the government, according to the provided information.
Solomon said the credit union’s donation supported southeast families for half a year.
